该装备知(zhi)足《电(dian)梯型(xing)(xing)式实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)细则(ze)》的《附件Q 门锁(suo)型(xing)(xing)式实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)细则(ze)(2012稿)》及(ji)GB7588-2003《电(dian)梯制(zhi)作与(yu)装配(pei)宁静(jing)标(biao)准(zhun)》附录(lu)F1/EN81-1《Satety rules for the construction and installation of electric lifts》附录(lu)1中(zhong)门锁(suo)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)的请求,用(yong)于电(dian)梯门锁(suo)的静(jing)态拉力实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)。

仪器的功效与用处

装(zhuang)(zhuang)备(bei)接纳伺服(fu)机(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)驱动,样(yang)品牢(lao)固在摹拟层门上,伺服(fu)机(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)驱动丝(si)杆对摹拟层门施加(jia)横向拉力(li),传感器(qi)(qi)检测拉力(li)数值并经(jing)由(you)过程节制器(qi)(qi)传输给电(dian)(dian)脑,电(dian)(dian)脑按照设(she)(she)定的时(shi)候(hou)慢慢将拉力(li)施加(jia)至设(she)(she)定值。装(zhuang)(zhuang)备(bei)经(jing)由(you)过程电(dian)(dian)脑能(neng)够设(she)(she)定加(jia)力(li)速率、最大拉力(li)值等参数装(zhuang)(zhuang)备(bei)可停止机(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)经(jing)久(jiu)实(shi)验(yan)、电(dian)(dian)气经(jing)久(jiu)实(shi)验(yan)、对交换(huan)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)接通和分断(duan)(duan)才能(neng)实(shi)验(yan)、对直流电(dian)(dian)路(lu)接通和分断(duan)(duan)才能(neng)实(shi)验(yan)

1、三维可(ke)(ke)调任(ren)务(wu)(wu)台(tai):调理(li)夹(jia)具(ju)(ju)地(di)(di)位(wei)(wei)便利,不用拆(chai)开夹(jia)    具(ju)(ju)便可(ke)(ke)便利停(ting)止地(di)(di)位(wei)(wei)切(qie)确(que)调理(li)。                                                                                   2、接纳(na)伺服(fu)机电(dian)(dian)(dian)驱动(dong):切(qie)确(que)节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)任(ren)务(wu)(wu)台(tai)肇(zhao)端地(di)(di)位(wei)(wei)、挪(nuo)动(dong)间隔(ge)(ge),伺服(fu)机电(dian)(dian)(dian)有一组监测(ce)体系以(yi)后地(di)(di)位(wei)(wei)的编码器(qi),该(gai)挪(nuo)动(dong)装配为(wei)一个闭环体系,将任(ren)务(wu)(wu)台(tai)地(di)(di)位(wei)(wei)节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)设(she)定地(di)(di)位(wei)(wei)上。只要在(zai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)脑上设(she)定实验(yan)(yan)挪(nuo)动(dong)间隔(ge)(ge)、挪(nuo)动(dong)速率参(can)(can)数(shu)(shu)便可(ke)(ke)。伺服(fu)机电(dian)(dian)(dian)的节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)接纳(na)数(shu)(shu)控节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi),挪(nuo)动(dong)间隔(ge)(ge)、速率等实验(yan)(yan)参(can)(can)数(shu)(shu)节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)切(qie)确(que)靠(kao)得住。                                                                                                       3、直流负载接纳(na)电(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)负载:可(ke)(ke)停(ting)止电(dian)(dian)(dian)压电(dian)(dian)(dian)流调理(li),节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)精度高。                                                                                                           4、节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)体系接纳(na)PC+PLC布(bu)局:PC实现(xian)实验(yan)(yan)参(can)(can)数(shu)(shu)设(she)定(挪(nuo)动(dong)间隔(ge)(ge)、速率实验(yan)(yan)次数(shu)(shu)等)、保管实验(yan)(yan)数(shu)(shu)据(ju)及天生实验(yan)(yan)报告等功效(xiao)。PLC可(ke)(ke)保管以(yi)后实验(yan)(yan)参(can)(can)数(shu)(shu),具(ju)(ju)备(bei)非一般停(ting)机数(shu)(shu)据(ju)保管功效(xiao),避(bi)免实验(yan)(yan)数(shu)(shu)据(ju)丧失。PLC自(zi)力节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)装备(bei)运转,PC设(she)定参(can)(can)数(shu)(shu)并传递给PLC后,PC可(ke)(ke)0加入(ru)运转,由PLC自(zi)力实现(xian)经久性实验(yan)(yan)。

仪器的布局及道理

装(zhuang)备布局:由层门架、门扇、门锁装(zhuang)配夹具(ju)板、拉(la)力驱动体系(伺服机电(dian)(dian)+丝杆)、拉(la)力传感(gan)器和电(dian)(dian)脑节制体系等构成测(ce)试(shi)体系带RS232接口,能显现(xian)力-位(wei)移(yi)、力-时(shi)候、位(wei)移(yi)-时(shi)候实验(yan)曲线(xian)。                                              装(zhuang)备支流PC机及打(da)印机,可(ke)主(zhu)动打(da)印力-位(wei)移(yi)、力-时(shi)候、位(wei)移(yi)-时(shi)候实验(yan)曲线(xian)。形状(zhuang)尺寸(长×宽×高)1900×700×2200(mm)。
